What is the age range for joining Lewiston Wrestling Club?

The age range for joining Lewiston Wrestling Club is between 4 and 18 years old.

When does the Lewiston Wrestling Club season start?

The Lewiston Wrestling Club fall season starts in September and ends in December

I didn't get the link to pay registration. How do I pay?

Do I need to purchase a singlet for my wrestler?

No, the club provides wrestling singlets with a refundable check deposit for the season tournaments.

Where do I get wrestling shoes?

Locally, these can be purchased at Big 5. Other options would be to order online.

Where are practices held?

The wrestling room at the new LHS.

Where are tournaments & How long are they?

League tournaments are typically within a 1 hour drive, sometimes 2 hours. Tournaments are held on Saturdays, weigh ins from 7-8AM. Wrestling 9am to sometimes 4-5PM. This varies.

Is there a monthly fee?

No, just a one time registration fee.

Does my wrestler need headgear?

Headgear is NOT required.

Is my wrestler a beginner, intermediate or advanced wrestler?

There is no straightforward answer for this question. This would be at the discretion of the wrestling coaches. Please feel free to speak with one of our head coaches regarding this.
